HEAL’s Gen AI assistant, powered by a large language model (LLM), allows you to ask natural-language questions about any incident. The chatbot analyzes incident data and provides AI-generated insights to assist with root cause analysis and resolution planning. 

How to use the Gen AI assistant 

To get an AI-generated answer, in the Incident Details page, follow as below: 

  1. Navigate by selecting the incident you want to analyze. 
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the expand icon to access HEAL Chatbot. 

The screen below appears. 

  1. Type your query in the Ask me anything field. 

For example: What are the services affected by this incident? 

  1. Read the generated response and take appropriate action based on the insights provided. 

Tip: You can also ask follow-up questions to refine the investigation or request suggestions for corrective action.
